Is our members' data safe?

It is hosted in the European Union, with European subprocessors, outside the scope of the Cloud Act. Each volunteer only sees what their role allows, enforced on the server.

How do we hand over to the next committee?

You change roles in two clicks: the tool belongs to the nonprofit, not to one person.

Can we collect fees online?

Not in Rangee, which doesn't take payments. You record the fees received, by bank transfer, cheque or payment platform, and the "To remind" list updates itself.

Do we need technical skills?

No. Start from your current Excel file; everything can be changed as in a spreadsheet.
